1. Who you are contracting with
TMA TRADING LLC ("TMA", "we", "us") operates the Trade Master Academy platform. By creating an account, subscribing or continuing to use the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using TMA on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your country.
2. What TMA provides
TMA is a subscription software and education platform: courses, written guides, a trading journal, analytics, calculators, market data views and educational AI assistance. Access is granted as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform under the plan you select.
3. No financial advice
All content, tools, signals, indicators, analyses and AI responses on TMA are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Trading carries a high risk of loss. Every decision you take is your own responsibility.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use TMA for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, to share or resell your account or our content, to reverse engineer the platform, or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing technical limits). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate account information.
5. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the platform, its software, course material, guides, branding and documentation. Content you enter (journal entries, notes, plans) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
6. Service level
We work to keep TMA available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Market data and economic data are supplied by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Trials require a valid payment method and convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. 8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. When access ends you may export your journal data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages, including trading losses, loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use or breach of these terms.
10. General
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in a merger or acquisition.
